By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following purchasing terms.

Products

We offer a range of handcrafted Rongoā products, fresh flowers, and workshop/event tickets. As many of our products are handmade or seasonal, slight variations in colour, size, appearance, or packaging may occur. These natural variations are not considered faults.

Pricing

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice.

Order Acceptance

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if a product becomes unavailable, pricing errors occur, or fraud is suspected.

Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods available at checkout.

Workshops & Events

Workshop and event bookings are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Soultime.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify us before the event with the new attendee's name and contact details.

Flowers

Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability. While we aim to create arrangements as pictured, substitutions of equal or greater value may be made when necessary.

Rongoā Products

Our Rongoā products are made using traditional plant knowledge and are intended to support wellbeing. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and should not replace professional medical advice or treatment.

Availability

Occasionally products may become unavailable after an order has been placed. If this happens, we will contact you to arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.
